For those who want to know our interpretation of the unique Etna terroir.
We will take a walk in the vineyards and we will tell you about native varieties and organic farming techniques. We will climb up to the ancient millstone to learn about the history of traditional winemaking. We will visit the cellar to explain the stratigraphy of the volcanic soil through the soil sections, describe our production techniques and show you our barrel cellar.
We will close the visit with the tasting of 5 vintages of deAetna (white, red and/or rosé) or 3 vintages of Contrada Blandano (red or white with the possibility to choose a vintage not yet released in the market) served with bread baked in a wood oven and organic Extra Virgin Olive oil.
