For those who want to know our interpretation of the unique Etna terroir.
We will take a walk in the vineyards and we will tell you about native varieties and organic farming techniques. We will climb up to the ancient millstone to learn about the history of traditional winemaking. We will visit the cellar to explain the stratigraphy of the volcanic soil through the soil sections, describe our production techniques and show you our barrel cellar.
We will close the visit with the Tasting of 5 wines served with different types of BIO ancient grain bread cooked in a wood oven and organic EVO oil. Following a lunch in the cellar with local and seasonal products: a vegetarian appetizer, a first course, a local BIO cheeses and meat board, pairing with honey and jam from Etna and a selection of local meat.
Wines: deAetna Etna bianco doc, deAetna Etna rosato doc, deAetna Etna rosso doc, Contrada Blandano Etna rosso Riserva doc, Rasola vino rosso.
